Your Account

• You must be 18 or older to use Pigon
• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for all activity on your account
• You need legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your business

What Pigon Does

Pigon is an AI-powered business assistant that helps you:

• Automate conversations across WhatsApp, Web Chat, and Voice
• Book appointments through AI-powered scheduling
• Create AI agents with custom personalities per channel
• Manage all communications from a unified inbox
• Build a knowledge base to make your AI smarter

Pricing & Billing

• Billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We'll give 30 days notice before any price changes
• Free trials convert to paid unless you cancel beforehand

Rules of Use

Do:

• Use Pigon for legitimate business communication
• Monitor your AI agents' conversations
• Obtain proper consent from your customers
• Keep your knowledge base accurate and up-to-date

Don't:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Use AI agents for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Collect personal data without proper consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
• Process sensitive data (health, financial) without safeguards

Your Data

• You own it — all business data, conversations, and content you create
• We process it — only to provide and improve the Service
• We never sell it — your data is never sold to third parties
• You can export it — download your data anytime
• You can delete it — removed within 30 days of account deletion

AI-Generated Content

Our AI agents generate responses automatically. Important things to know:

• AI responses may contain errors — they're not perfect
• You're responsible for monitoring AI interactions
• Configure clear instructions and guardrails for your agents
• Pigon is not liable for decisions made based on AI output

Third-Party Services

Pigon integrates with WhatsApp (Meta), Twilio, Retell AI, Anthropic (Claude), and Stripe. These services have their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability or practices.

Intellectual Property

The Pigon platform — its design, code, and features — belongs to Pigon, LLC. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss, business interruption)
• Our total liability won't exceed what you've paid us in the past 12 months

Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime from the dashboard
• We may terminate your account for Terms violations (with 30 days notice)
• After termination, your data is available for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted

Disputes

• Governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States
• Resolved through binding arbitration (American Arbitration Association)
• Conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued use means acceptance.
